IIB bankers “hang their own shingle” in the market and maintain their entrepreneurial identity while still offering securities through IIB and utilizing IIB’s back office solution. The IIB platform supports various deal structures and offerings located anywhere in the United States.  This offers middle market investment bankers the ability to operate independently but still have the resources and capabilities of larger investment banks.

In addition to back office due diligence processes and research, IIB provides opportunities for collaboration amongst bankers and access to deal flow.
